We’re hiring! womens cycling development officer

Join our team 👇

We’ve got an exciting and unique opportunity to join the HHV team as Women’s Cycling Development Officer. The role has existed at HHV since 2017 and has played a huge part in increasing the number and diversity of women who are able to access and benefit from cycling at HHV, and has enabled many women to enjoy the thrills of bike racing when they may not otherwise have had the opportunity.

We have a strong and established community of riders, racers and volunteers, a historic and iconic venue and a hardworking core team of staff who balance coaching with admin and outreach. We feel as though we have the foundations in place to be able to make a bigger impact on women’s cycling in London, beyond just the velodrome. We’re looking for someone for whom this role might be as much of a ‘calling’ as a job, who’s motivated to share a sport you love with other people, and who is looking to make a tangible difference within womens cycling.

We would encourage applications from anyone who feels they have the capabilities and drive to succeed in the role. We’re open to different approaches to the task, and are open to various days per week options - this role could be scaled up or down, or done as a job share. The role is flexible with evening and weekend work required.

The deadline for applications is 11pm on Sunday 2nd June, and the first round of interviews will be during w/c 10th June.

Please send the application form to kpotsides@hhvt.org by the end of the day on 2nd June 2024.
