About the Series
The Summercross series is about fun and encouraging riders new to CX to have a go, so the race format is simple with courses that are less technical than in the autumn leagues. They can be ridden on cyclocross, gravel or mountain bikes. It’s a series of straightforward, ‘one bike’ races, meaning there are no pits, spare bikes or formal grids. You’re welcome to carry a repair kit and use it during the race. This is a non-ranking series - there’s no BC points available.
The races are being organised by Beastway using their electronic timing system so everyone will get a result.
